Online sessions via Skype

Whilst there is no substitute for face to face human contact, I have found online sessions via Skype to be a safe, effective and convenient way to support clients in their yoga or meditation practice, or to develop a new practice. It is also a great way to teach the theory and philosophy behind yoga, for example, study of the Yoga Sutras and other texts, and yoga as a spiritual, daily life, practice.

Sessions via Skype are available between 3pm and 8pm pm weekdays, and between 9am and 7pm at weekends. Sessions usually last 45 minutes and cost £30 (payable via PayPal).
